CONSULTANCY
Bespoke consultancy for organisations and groups looking to make their environment, working practices and policies more accessible for autistic and neurodivergent individuals they employ or support.
We work closely alongside your team to identify what works well, what needs improvement, and work together to develop a more inclusive environment that enhances your workspace.
TRAINING
We offer bespoke, interactive training sessions designed to help your team strengthen their knowledge and confidence in supporting the autistic people they work with or support.
By looking at the strengths and challenges associated with autism, individuals will develop their understanding of how autism can present and build a range of strategies to meet different support needs.
